Especially when you know you visited my address, there's a J-175, which is just a simple summons to say, Please be present on such a date in court. So the moment that you start using J-50, you're going through extreme measures. I refer her to my attorneys who assisted with a spoliation application for her to then have access back to her place of residence. 05:13 And followed by a protection order because she had shared information that the gentleman was, the partner was abusive towards her. So then a protection order was then sought as means to keep that. 05:26 And... 05:28 Fast forward, going forward, that interaction happened in that particular sense. She was then restored back to the estate, and she started residing back at her place of residence. And there was a protection order that she had, and the gentleman, their partner, violated this protection order. 05:42 When she came... At this place, the house she's staying in is the married partner's house. 05:48 So what the guy has done is that he has a home of his own in the same estate. 05:52 Not with the wife and all? 05:53 No, the wife resides elsewhere. 05:56 So he maintains his own resident in the same estate. And then he's rented Miss Mbombo a villa in the same estate, a few streets away. So they're all in the same estate. Now, what then happens now is on the point of the violation of the protection order. She then says to me, you know, this guy is so connected. 06:16 He's previously bought cases where she even had to record him, where he was fixing a case in Sentin of a firearm with a police officer, Mabasa, some police officer named Mabasa, Sergeant Mabasa. So she recorded that particular interaction of this gentleman fixing a case of a firearm, of someone was charged for firearms. So they wanted to make sure that this case was actually, what you call this, was disposed. And then she recorded that. But you could tell on the recording that the guy was speaking innocently, thinking that he was in a space where he was speaking in the presence of his partner. And he's safe. And he's safe. 07:02 Now, he literally knew that that moment, that innocent moment, was being recorded for her own agendas because now she comes back to use it in these court processes. It's there on the court documents, by the way, this whole recording thing. Between her and this gentleman, it was disposed on an affidavit there. So she comes, she uses this particular issue against him to bargain with him when this matter was ongoing between them.
